Carley is a Holistic Integrated Creative Arts Therapy Practitioner who is on a journey to empower others with the gift of healing themselves through various creative arts, holistic counselling, meditation, mindfulness and self love.
FREEDOM TO EXPLORE IN 2024

A face-to-face, online & interactive program aimed to encourage your inner artist to have a voice. A place you can feel safe to try new creative things. A space that gives you permission to show up just as you are and the liberty to just play and be free with your art.
Whether you are a beginner that has just started to explore mixed media art and would like some guidance or a more advanced artists, this program is designed as a place of freedom, no previous skills required, no expectations just a willingness to be free and explore! I want to show you how being creative is a powerful tool for healing and self-care, plus how to have fun with your art!
The program runs every fortnight on a Monday evening (Qld, Aust time) and is LIVE via Zoom for the whole year! Lots of creative sessions & opportunities to show up and express your creativity!
Sessions are recorded for replay.
Each week you will receive a list of basic supplies you will need via private FB group

All supplies are included, and after a bit of practice and easy to follow instructions, you will leave with your very own hat!
No artist skills required, all hats have designs already pencilled on & ready to trace over with the burner. There are a variety of designs and colours to choose from! Then once you have created your hat, we will be making a simple macrama hat holder to display your new hat on!
All supplies provided as well as a 1 x cafe coffee or tea plus cupcakes for morning tea.

Join us for our monthly Cacao & Drumming evening. A beautiful heart opening cacao ceremony, meditation and creative journal writing session along with the earthly sound healing of medicine drums! BYO yoga mat.

Gathering of the Sisterhood

Join me for a journey of soul connections, energy sharing and space holding with a small intimate group of women, as we come together for a 'Gathering of the Sisterhood' once month!
Each circle event will include a cacao ceremony & meditation, journaling, oracle card readings plus a special activity at each session (eg: sound healing, creative therapy, DIY smudge stick making etc). We will also have time each session for sharing.
Your first circle is $25 pp then any other circles you book will be $15pp (you will be given a coupon code for future bookings). You will also get a small handmade journal at your first session (as well as cacao etc). BYO blanket for comfort.
Bookings are essential as they're a small gathering and they run on the 1st Sunday of each month.
