Know how to ride, but want to brush-up on your skills and confidence riding on shared paths and the road with others? Interested in learning more about opportunities for regular rides with a fun local group? The Ageing Well team in partnership with Nillumbik Bicycle User Group (Nillum-BUG) are offering this low-cost course for older riders. Come and revise your skills, possibly learn some new tips, and meet the Nillum-BUG crew who are looking for new members to join their weekly rides. The practical course will be conducted by qualified instructor and bike coach from 'Bike it Better' Jennie Ramage, a later convert to cycling with lived experience of developing new skills over fifty.
