This session is designed to address key wellbeing challenges in the creative industry, including mental health, burnout (with a focus on creative burnout), stress management, and workplace wellbeing. By the end of this 90-minute workshop, participants will be equipped with practical tools to manage their mental wellbeing and support their creative careers. INfuse aims to connect creative people living in the west by providing a platform for networking, sharing of ideas, professional development, mutual support and inspiration. .
