Harpist Elisabetta Ghebbioni graduated with the highest marks from the Conservatorium "G Nicolini" in Piacenza, the city of her birth. She continued her study of the harp with Giuliana Albisetti in Milan and Jacqueline Borot in Paris.
Elisabetta held the position of First Harp in the "Orchestra Sinfonica di Lecce" for eight years and collaborates actively with the most crucial Italian music institutions: Orchestra. RAI, Teatro la Fenice, Orchestra Filarmonica della Scala.
She is primarily dedicated to chamber music and, with flautist Andrea Dainese and violist Giancarlo Di Vacri, formed the Trio Leonardo, giving recitals throughout Europe, the USA and Australia and collaborates with composers to find and create new music for this combination of instruments.
As a teacher, Elisabetta taught in several Conservatories and, for the last 15 years, was professor of Harp at the Conservatorio "Benedetto Marcello" in Venice.

Kristian Winther is a celebrated violinist and energetic chamber musician who has appeared as a soloist with major orchestras across Australia and New Zealand.
Kristian performs on a violin crafted by Jean-Baptiste Vuillaume, Paris, 1859, on generous loan from UKARIA Cultural Centre.
Formerly of the award-winning TinAlley String Quartet, he is known for premiering new works and performs on a rare 1859 violin.
He is joined by Konstantin Shamray, an exhilarating pianist who made history by winning both First and People's Choice prizes at the 2008 Sydney International Piano Competition.
Konstantin performs with leading orchestras worldwide and is a regular highlight at prestigious festivals. Together, these virtuosos bring exceptional technique and musical passion to the stage.

The enduring collaboration of its current members, Helen Ayres, Tim Nankervis, and Anna Goldsworthy, dates back to 1998, fostering a remarkable connection that transcends musical performance.
Seraphim Trio is celebrated for its versatility. Collaborations with artists like violinist Andrew Haveron and street artist Peter Drew showcase their innovative spirit. Their 2019 recording, Thirteen Ways to Look at Birds, with Paul Kelly, James Ledger, and Alice Keath, earned an ARIA award.

Invictus Quartet is a group of four young women who are passionate about connecting with people through music of all genres. Their goal is to blur the lines between different styles and redefine what classical instruments can do (did someone say rap on violin?).

The Brunswick Beethoven Festival returns to Merri-bek this February 2023 for its 15th festival.
Rosemary Hodgson performs - Walsingham: works by Dowland, Byrd, Collard, Marchant and others.
Walsingham is an intricately constructed musical journey, exploring themes of mysticism and person pilgrimage.
Inspired by the famous Elizabethan Ballad, works by John Dowland, Alfonso Ferrabosco, John Johnson, Edward Collard, John Marchant, Francis Cutting, George Huwitt and Anthony Holborne form a grand rondo played by Australia’s preeminent lutenist, Rosemary Hodgson.
Artist Biography:
Australian lutenist, Rosemary Hodgson maintains a vibrant career as soloist and chamber musician. Known for her remarkable sensitivity and technique, she has established an international reputation for outstanding concert presentations and solo lute recordings of captivating subtlety.

Lifelong friends and a chamber ensemble. Seraphim Trio present works by Mozart, Clara Schumann and Beethoven for a marathon performance. The trio since 1998 consists of Helen Ayres (violin), Tim Nankervis (cello) and Anna Goldsworthy (piano).
