CareChoice is celebrating the International Day of People with Disability (IDPwD) with a farm experience at Chesterfield Farm in Scoresby on Friday 1 December at 11am! Join us for a self guided adventure and meet the baby farm animals, watch the Cow Milking show and Sheepdog demonstration and feed the deer, goats and emus.
