CareChoice celebrates IDPwD at Chesterfield Farm in Scorseby

CareChoice is celebrating the International Day of People with Disability (IDPwD) with a farm experience at Chesterfield Farm in Scoresby on Friday 1 December at 11am! Join us for a self guided adventure and meet the baby farm animals, watch the Cow Milking show and Sheepdog demonstration and feed the deer, goats and emus. A complimentary feed bag will be provided to each client. CareChoice clients can access 2 free tickets (one for yourself and one for a guest). Your guest can either be on a concession card or require a ticket. Upon arrival, a 'We Care' or 'Companion' card must be presented for the admission to be honoured. Tickets are limited.
