Born out of a love of ensemble acting and developed by acclaimed playwright David Mamet and actor William H. Macy, Practical Aesthetics is an acting technique that focuses on the truth of the moment, the behaviour of the other person and, (of course), the meaning of the text. Marc Opitz is a graduate of the Atlantic Theatre Company Conservatory program in New York City. In 2007 he completed studies under David Mamet.
