Canberra Girls Grammar School

Canberra Girls Grammar School (CGGS) is an independent non-selective Anglican school with an enrolment of approximately 1,600 students.
Spread over two campuses, the School is co-educational from Early Learning to Year 2 and girls only from Years 3 to 12. Boarding facilities are available for girls in Years 7 to 12. Canberra Girls Grammar School has a strong community of past and current families who are actively involved in the life of the school.

    Our own Grey Street Stage Band, Adelaide Avenue Jazz Band, the Decibelles and Jazz Ensemble will entertain as guests enjoy dinner provided by Friends of Music. Adelaide Avenue will then combine with our visiting guest artists, Blamey Street Big Band for a number of big band classics before Blamey Street close out the night.

    Our CGGS Chorale will be joined on stage by community choirs the Resonants, the Llewellyn Choir and Oriana Chorale as well as our own CGGS Community Choir, accompanied by the Glanville-Hicks Symphony Orchestra to perform this stunning masterpiece. Empire Concert Band, Resound Handbells, Vox Co-Op and the Glanville Hicks Symphony Orchestra will also be taking to the stage in what promises to be an evening of glorious music!
