Each week you have the chance to be entertained by music, dance, comedy, magic, plays, performance art, improv, stand-up, sketch comedy, cabaret, burlesque and the list goes on, by a range of talented performers. Shows are held selectively between Thursday to Sunday every week.

Step back in time for the evening and experience a curated collection of vintage-inspired performances.

The James Lockwood Trio comes to Club Voltaire to celebrate the iconic Jazz music of Duke Ellington, Lester Young, Charlie Parker, and the great Swing and Bebop idioms of 1930 to 1955. The James Lockwood Trio combines Lockwood’s deep love for the melodic styles of Lester Young and Charlie Parker with the sonorous timbre of the bowed upright bass in the style of bass pioneers Jimmy Blanton and Slam Stewart.
Joining Lockwood are Australian Jazz stalwarts Catherine Connor (piano) and Larry Kean (drumkit) in the classic format of piano, upright bass, and drumkit. Each musician their love of the Jazz heritage to the fore in a celebration of the spirited melodic invention and dancing rhythms of the Swing and Bebop traditions.

If you've watched the YouTube channel, Scotland History Tours, or ABC’s Stuff the British Stole then you'll have heard Bruce Fummey telling stories from Scotland's history. This year he comes to Melbourne to tell you those stories from Scotland's history live... and with more jokes.
Before COVID led to Bruce growing his 165 000 Subscriber YouTube channel he performed stand up at Perth and Adelaide Fringe festivals for several years, was nominated for various comedy awards and is a Scottish Comedian of the Year winner, Bruce brings history with humour and if you have an interest in Scotland, it's humour, people and it's history then this is not to be missed.

Billy Sutherland wants to be the next big YouTube sensation. His only obstacles are his inability to afford a new video camera and the fact that The Wiggles won't let him cover their songs.
Billy vs the Internet combines sketch comedy with stand-up to satirize the trials and tribulations of life in the public eye as well as contemporary social media trends and other aspects of the online world.
The piece is written and performed by Melbourne-based actor, Sam Hargreaves.
