🌳Little Clay Artists In The Forest🌳

Saturday 11 April 2026
Messy hands. Calm minds 💚 Step into the forest for a gentle 1.5 hour session where children can squish, shape and create with wet clay surrounded by birdsong, breeze and rustling leaves. No step-by-step. No right or wrong. Just space to connect with nature and create in their own way. What shapes can you see in the forest? What would you make with your hands? Could you create something that lives here? Using a selection of dry forest items (like gumnuts, leaves and bark ) for inspiration, children can explore textures and patterns… maybe even create 🖤 Black Carnaby’s Cockatoo that nest in the forest. They can stand, shape and create with their hands… then wander, hop and explore the forest. And the best part — they take their wet clay home to keep creating. Ages 3–10 (children must be supervised by an adult) 📍 Baldivis Children’s Forest – Outdoor Classroom
