The South Australian Tourism Commission in partnership with RDA Yorke and Mid North (as the Regional Tourism Organisation for the Southern Flinders Ranges) are developing a Destination Management Plan (DMP) for our region, which will align with the refreshed South Australian Visitor Economy Sector Plan 2030, which is due to be released
The DMP will guide tourism activities in the region, ensuring that time and resources are focused. The DMP can also be used as an advocacy tool to secure investment in the priorities for the region. The South Australian Tourism Commission in partnership with RDA Yorke and Mid North (as the Regional Tourism Organisation for the Clare Valley) are developing a Destination Management Plan (DMP) for our region, which will align with the refreshed South Australian Visitor Economy Sector Plan 2030, which is due to be released in March 2025.
The DMP will guide tourism activities in the region, ensuring that time and resources are focused. The DMP can also be used as an advocacy tool to secure investment in the priorities for the region. RDA Yorke and Mid North are hosting a workshop in Kadina as part of their Small Business Fundamentals program which will focus on using AI, effective HR and cashflow management in your small business. This will be held from 4-6pm.
This will then be followed by the Copper Coast Council's strategic plan meeting held from 6:20-7:20pm, after a break for light refreshments. This will be used to validate the findings of the recent Copper Coast Community Survey. These findings will shape the priorities for business in the Strategic Management Plan.

For this session, please bring your fully charged laptop, a product/event and an image gallery - we will be loading them to Rezdy as a group. You should have an existing Rezdy account. This workshop will assist with businesses who are participating in the Gourmet Week, or any tourism operator looking to sell their experiences online.
