Duncraig Senior High School

Year 10 Drama students will participate in a forum theatre performance to a live audience as part of their assessment. Families will be invited to form the audience. Students to arrive at 5:00pm The performance will start at 6:00pm and finish at 7:30pm (Students are to organise their own transport to and from Duncraig SHS)

The Colours Awards Evening provides Duncraig SHS with the opportunity to celebrate the wonderful achievements of students throughout 2025. We commend our Year 8 to Year 11 students who have excelled within the four aspects of our Colours system; Academic; Sporting; Performance; Citizenship. Finger food and refreshments will be provided.

Join us for an evening of music as our talented students take the stage to celebrate the end of another fantastic year! Enjoy a fun mix of solo performances, band showcases, and combined year instrumental ensembles. Come and be inspired by the hard work, creativity, and passion of our young musicians - it's the perfect way to welcome summer! Doors open at 6:15pm for a 6:30pm start, friends and family are all welcome!

Join our talented music students in their Arts Week celebrations. This is a chance for the students to show family and friends what they have been working on in their bands and ensembles, and for our Year 12 music students to say goodbye!  Duncraig SHS respects the privacy of all its staff and students. Duncraig Senior High School proudly presents our annual Media Night, showcasing the very best films created by our talented students from Year 7 through to Year 12. 📅 Date: Monday, 20th October 2025 ⏰ Time: 6:30pm 📍 Location: Performing Arts, Duncraig SHS 🍿 Drinks & snacks available for purchase Come along and experience a night of creativity, laughs, drama, thrills and everything in between as we screen the top student films of 2025 on the BIG screen in the PA. From superhero trailers and music videos to documentaries and short films, our budding filmmakers have brought their A-game! 🏆 Awards Ceremony At the conclusion of the screenings, we’ll roll out the red carpet and present awards to celebrate outstanding achievement in student media. Bring your friends, family and your loudest applause – it’s going to be a blockbuster night!

Students will be performing dance to a live audience in a theatre. This event provides an opportunity for students to enhance their performance skills. Performance is a requirement of the upper school dance course. Students are required to bring their own lunch/snacks/water for the day to keep them energised. No students will be permitted to leave the venue during rehearsals and performance. Duncraig SHS respects the privacy of all its staff and students. And if that weren't upsetting enough, Wednesday confides in her father and begs him not to tell her mother. Now, Gomez Addams must do something he's never done before -- keep a secret from his beloved wife, Morticia. Everything will change for the whole family on the fateful night they host a dinner for Wednesday's "normal" boyfriend and his parents. Doors open half an hour before the show.
