Educated Birth Solutions was created to support parents and professionals with evidence-based, compassionate, and practical education. Led by Dr Elizabeth Rigg, a Midwife and President of Childbirth and Parenting Educators Australia (CAPEA), we specialise in empowering parents through baby massage, childbirth, and early parenting education. Our goal is to help families build confidence, connection, and calm as they navigate the journey into parenthood.
