Roma's Easter in the Country
Roma's Easter in the Country Festival is a five-day celebration of all things, country. It quite deliberately encapsulates the unforgiving outback and the quintessential Queensland country lifestyle. The event gives an opportunity for the residents of Roma to invite their relatives and friends as well as 'first timers' to spend a long weekend in the country to enjoy the atmosphere and friendliness that Roma and the Maranoa has in 'spades'.
Camp Sites - Bungil Street Camping Precinct

Due to the demand for camping the Easter in the Country Committee has established a new camping precinct. Limited powered site (60 available) and unlimited unpowered site. The grounds are serviced with temporary shower and toilet facilities. The area is quiet and there is plenty of space. Fire pits are welcome and should be supervised

Welcome to the opening activity for Easter 25 Event – Outback Tucket Under the Stars.
The evening promises to be a great one and sells out early every year.
The Saleyards have been upgraded-new facilities, new experience.
Matt Golinski returns to Roma for our exclusive dining experience under the stars.
Beef will be the hero of the evening as Roma is on the doorstep of the largest beef selling saleyards in the southern hemisphere

The MGA Xtreme Bulls on Friday Night and then the combined XXXX Rodeo (APRA sanctioned) and Outback Music Under the Stars on Sunday proudly supported by Queensland Music Trails.
The Xtreme Bull kicks off 5:30pm Friday
The XXXX Rodeo will commence at 9am with the slack and the big events will be on from 3pm – See you there!
Finally, the Outback Music Under the Stars will feature Troy Cassar-Daley and cowboy turned muso Wade Forster at 8:30pm and we will kick on till midnight.
Bar on site and bus available for transport after the event.
