Find Your Spark offers netball coaching services to individuals, small groups and teams of athletes in the Brisbane (QLD) area. Coach Danni is a former elite netball player, a qualified teacher and a nutrition coach who has worked in the coaching sector for over three decades. A Netball Australia accredited coach, she is passionate about the development of players, coaches and sport itself. Develop fitness, fundamentals or polish skills in specific positional areas.

Get fitter, faster and stronger in these one-hour netball specific conditioning sessions incorporating Fitness Circuit & Interval Training.
𝗡𝗲𝘁𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰? 𝗜𝘁'𝘀 𝗧𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰!
Netball players need to master the fundamental movements of the game:
• sprint
• jump
• land
• pivot
Due to netball's high intensity nature, players are required to have explosive acceleration speed, the ability to decelerate and change direction fast. Therefore it is important for training to be specialised to improve aerobic and anaerobic capacity, muscular strength and power, agility, speed, co-ordination, balance and reaction time.
Find Your Spark offers targeted conditioning that is specific to the sport of netball by incorporating fitness circuits for strength, power and general injury prevention, as well as interval training to achieve moderate-to-high intensity workouts, with work-to-rest periods appropriate for netball players.
