This iconic National Trust building was constructed in 1856 as the Bank of New South Wales and served as a residence for bank managers and their families. It is believed that some bank managers still linger in spirit, guarding their gold along with other spirits. Abandoned hospital Paranormal Investigation

Well not exactly abandoned, more de-registered and now used as a workspace for many businesses in the Castlemaine area. However this 1930's hospital was used until around 2000 when it was decomissioned. The long hallways with surgery rooms/patient rooms are still off the side and there are 3 levels to explore. We don't have access to all the rooms but access to entrance, hallways, cellar and various rooms. We do know there are residual and intelligent spirits there. So far we have discovered a nurse, anasthesist, ordely, patient and kitchen worker. They have moved doors and make knocking sounds for us. You will have paranormal equipment to use Small group so we can hear the creaks and groans! And there are a lot of noises! This site is highly active. All you have to do is sit quietly and listen! A 2.5 hour paranormal investigation at the Byramine Homestead and Brewery. Join Kyneton Paranormal as we exlore this National Trust historic house where spirits still call it their home. The homestead was built in 1842 by the famous explorer Hamilton Hume for his sister-in-law, Elizabeth Hume and her nine children after her husband was murdered by Bushrangers, in Gunning NSW. Hamilton Hume made an appearance last time we were there as did the maid, the cook who warned us of a candle too close to the curtains, kids in the cellar, the Governess with spirits from other families that used to live there. The Homestead was classified by the National Trust because of its unique design, featuring octagonal rooms. The central room, known as the fortress room allowed a clear view from all angles in case of attack from bushrangers or natives. We use paranormal ghost hunting equipment to connect with group seances. Ticket includes bottle of Byramine Shiraz to take home.

We have hired the whole of this Gothic Style 1887 building which homed the Bridgidine Nuns from Ireland for a convent, boarding school and school. We reckon the Nuns are still there working hard to keep the current kids who stay there in line. Voices, furniture moving, shadow figures...you name it to give you the thrills n chills as you stay overnight in one of it's rooms. Set up more like a dorm for kids, we are not going for comfort, however you will be able to book single tickets or bunk together with various room configurations. We will provide a psychic medium to help you connect with the spirits that reside there in group vigils using paranormal equipment.
