Firstly, on Saturday the 13th Shaune Williams will present an engaging skills seminar to welcome you to the role of. Courtroom advocate. A fortnight later on the 27th, you can elect to put those skills to the test in an engaging workshop where you can get direct feedback from Shaune Williams with a small audience of peers. After lunch, you can enjoy participating in an optional mini-competition for JCU Open Day. These sessions offer a fun and low-pressure environment to develop incredibly rewarding skills. Winter Welcome "Cozy" Themed Trimester 2 Ideas Lab Social

This "cozy" themed welcome back event is a great way to ease back into uni life for the trimester, and is a relaxed setting to meet fellow law students if you are newly enrolling. Your IA Committee will see you there decked out in pyjamas/comfy attire. A prize will be awarded to an IA Member for dedication to dressing on-theme -- so get your slippers ready! Your ticket will include food and beverage options as well as secure your spot with limited spaces. Look forward to pizza, hot cocoa & more! We recommend that you have a good amount of battery on your phone (or to bring a charger just in case) to make the most of the night, as your phone will act as your controller for the group party (Jackbox) games.
