Chopin Piano Recital - Yarram Regent Theatre

Jacob Evans will be performing a programme of music consisting of some of Chopin's greatest works. From the gentle and delightful Nocturnes and Waltzes to the stormy and exciting Ballades and Scherzos, this is a concert line-up not to be missed! Programme consists of: - Ballade in F Major, no. 2 - Scherzo in Bb Minor, no. 2 - Polonaise in Ab Major - Fantasie Impromptu in C# Minor - Selected Waltzes - Selected Nocturnes This programme features his favourite composer for the piano, Chopin, and he is looking forward to being able to showcase some of his favourite works at this concert. Jacob is a local to Gippsland and has been performing solo for many years. His tuition transferred to Melbourne after deciding to pursue his Associate and Licentiate Diploma in performance, following this up with a Bachelor in Music, majoring in performance. Jacob favours the Romantic period of music, which is where he finds most of his repertoire. 1 hour and 45 minutes including an intermission

Moonlight Variations
