This year to mark Equal Pay Day on 25th August, Women in Media in SA is hosting Know Your Worth. At Know Your Worth our panellists will unpack how you can negotiate your next salary increase and pay conditions. Whether you are in a job now, looking to expand your horizons or out there freelancing, our panel of professionals will share all  the tips and advice you need. Our panel includes David Washington, Editorial Director of Solstice Media, Michelle Wakim, reporter with ABC’s Behind The News, Kristine Cook, managing partner and operator of Encode Talent with freelance journalist Melissa Gillian Marsden.
