    There's nothing better than a delicious slow cooked meal in winter. Chef Joe Vargetto will share his tips and secrets in how to make delicious slow cooked meals for any occasion to have you prepared for the cooler months ahead. This masterclass will see Joe demonstrate how to make a series of slow cook dishes while guests get to enjoy a tasting dish of each of the courses accompanied with wine.

    Mister Bianco is creating a beach inside a restaurant! A Sicilian seaside experience, sitting at a table with your feet in the sand. You will decide which menu you prefer - that by Lorena Corso (Napier Quarter) or Joe Vargetto (Mister Bianco). Enjoy a six course Sicilian degustation menu with matched wines. Each course will have two dishes, one by Lorena and one by Joe.

    Truffle season is a time of year many look forward to. But there is no denying this tasty, pungent fungus is expensive and many are nervous to try cooking with it, or limit themselves to simply adding some shavings to the top of a dish. Chef Joe Vargetto will demonstrate how to use truffles within dishes and share his secrets on how to get the most out of a truffle. While guests watch the masterclass, they will get to enjoy a tasting of each of the dishes accompanied with wine.
