My Support Hub

Fun day to enjoy the Easter hols. A sailing experience for all abilities managed by our amazing volunteers and Support Workers. The sail boats are easy to master and you will have volunteers alongside you showing you how it is done, until of course you feel like you can do it yourself. Lunch & a choice of activities; sailing, photography, walking, footy and making new friends. 12.00-3.00pm. A day for all ages and abilities.

Explore the giants of the ancient Gondwana Forests & walk amongst the ferns along the accessible creek walk. Lunch at The Singing Gardens! Discover the sculpture trail. We can provide the Supports you need to access this amazing trip. Get your dose of nature with your NDIS funds. Step back in time in this historical house built in the 1850s. Friendly staff will greet you in period costume, ready to tell you about the history of this remarkable Victorian style holiday house complete with a castle-style fortress wall. You can also wander around the beautiful gardens before enjoying Devonshire tea in the ballroom. Self managed/plan managed only. Must be ambulatory.

Join our little bus & crew from 'My Support Hub' on a day of exploring the iconic Holden memorabilia and vintage cars. Most collectors keep their passion to a home shed. Not this collector! He bought a huge shed in the form of an old Butter Factory and so this incredible museum was born. Afterwards, we will enjoy lunch at the historic Yarragon village and maybe even catch some music at the pub before heading home. Pick ups arranged. Must be ambulatory.
