Join us for the Margaret River Trees Sundowner, hosted by Saving Australian Iconic Native Trees Inc., also known as 'The Tree SAINTs.'
This vibrant event is part of their ambitious 5,000 km Penny-farthing ride from Margaret River to the Gold Coast, featuring a 500-year-old Grass Tree. The ride aims to raise awareness about the severe impact of land clearings on Australia’s iconic trees and inspire action to preserve them.
The evening will be filled with wood-fired pizzas, drinks from Old Bridge Cellars, live music, and cosy fire pits under the stars. Meet the team and witness their arrival on the historic Penny-farthing bicycle. Founder Mike Johnson will be on hand to discuss their mission and the progress of their campaign. Don’t miss the raffle for $1,000 vouchers and a live auction featuring valuable trees worth $200k, along with items from local businesses.

The first official event in the new space will see two local family businesses coming together to host a Charcuterie Masterclass, with P.Princi Butchers jumping on board to take guests on a charcuterie journey accompanied by a perfectly paired wine list on Thursday 10th August.

We invite you to join us on a sensational journey through the world of Barolo, guided by the esteemed Andrea Ostorero from the Paolo Scavino winery at a sit-down masterclass.
On Saturday 24th June between 12.30pm - 2.30pm, you’ll be led through six exquisite Nebbiolo wines as well as a beautiful Langhe Chardonnay on arrival, all meticulously handpicked for this occasion. Sit back as each sip transports you to the hills of Piedmont (Jay’s new favourite place), where the Paolo Scavino winery nurtures their remarkable creations. The Barolos range from $120 to $250 a bottle, so it is sure to be an unforgettable adventure and amazing value at just $110 per head.
To enhance the experience, we have partnered with the talented catering team at Rossen and Cook. Indulge in a delectable selection of Italian-inspired canapés and grazing plates that perfectly complement the rich and complex flavours of Barolo.

Join us for an afternoon in the spring sunshine, shucking oysters and sipping on Idée Fixe, a distinctly Margaret River Blanc de Blancs!
Learn the art of shucking with the legendary King of Oysters, Jerry Fraser. In this two-hour masterclass, Jerry will guide you through the steps to perfectly open an oyster, offering insights into flavour profiles and serving tips. Sit back and enjoy your own freshly shucked Pacific and Rock oysters alongside Idée Fixe Premier Brut and Brut Rosé, which we will be pouring throughout the afternoon.
