Welcome to our Studio!
At our space, we have designed a unique program that will reverse the adverse effects of a busy lifestyle, leaving you feeling relaxed and energized. All our classes are LIVE through Zoom or run in person at our studio.
Timetable:
- Tuesday 5 pm Therapy Yoga
- Wednesday 11 am Golden Circuit
- Saturday 9:00 am Pilates
Cost: $10 for an online class, in-person class - please contact our studio.
