'How Now' is a day long dance inquiry/immersion where we take refuge and pause to tune into and attune with whatever is emerging here and now. 'Balance' is not a fixed state. It is a moment by moment experience which is in constant flux. Resourcing ourselves on the dance floor in order to learn to move WITH change is what we will be exploring. Join me and other curious lovers of movement for a 5 week dive into the: 🟣🔵🟢🟡 FOUR DIMENSIONS OF EMBODIMENT 🟣🔵🟢🟡 In my own lifelong exploration of this work, as well as in the Open Floor curriculum, I always strive to acknowledge and embrace all aspects of our human-being-ness. I love to welcome, celebrate & encourage mindful embodied movement to our lives, which of course has many aspects. Sometimes, it is wonderfully valuable to unpack some of these aspects on the dance floor in a focused way. The Four Dimensions of Embodiment describe what it means to wholly inhabit our entire selves. Each week we will dive into a rich and nourishing process of dance inquiry, multi modal creative arts, witnessing and sharing in order to explore & learn about these dimensions of embodiment personally & collectively. This series is for dancers who are serious about having some fun in a deep, creative and respectful learning environment. All ages & levels of mobility welcome💙

Finding, and flexing our 'Common Ground' muscle has somehow never been more challenging or necessary.
