Murray PHN works to identify the health needs and health gaps in our communities - from Mildura down to Woodend, across to Seymour and up to Albury. <br><br>We do this by analysing relevant data as well as learning from user experience, to help inform our funding decisions. <br><br>We are currently asking people to share their views through a survey and by participating in online conversations, and encourage you to take part, as well as to share these opportunities with your networks.
