Murray PHN works to identify the health needs and health gaps in our communities - from Mildura down to Woodend, across to Seymour and up to Albury.
We do this by analysing relevant data as well as learning from user experience, to help inform our funding decisions.
We are currently asking people to share their views through a survey and by participating in online conversations, and encourage you to take part, as well as to share these opportunities with your networks.
