Join us every week for our Bush Kids Playgroup, where parents can connect while children aged 0 to 6 years make new friends in a natural setting. We'll guide activities like sensory trays, mud kitchen, crafts with real tools, nature exploration, gardening, stories, songs and eco-art to inspire playful learning.
Cost (Family tickets up to 3 siblings):

Bush Play School provides a space for children aged 4-12 to play, explore, take risks, and connect with nature. We are child-led, meaning that throughout the term, children may participate in any of the following activities: The art of making fire and bush cooking, nature crafts, whittling with pocket knives, building with tools, flora and fauna ID, nature journaling, scavenger hunts etc
Details:
Investment: $45 per week or $50 casual visit
Ages: 4-12 (Children must be independently toileting)
When: Thursdays - Fortnightly 9th May - 4th July

This is a drop off program, parents are not required to stay with their children, but are welcome to stay.

Bush Babies - Nature Sensory Group Term 2
Between Friday 10 May 2024 and Friday 28 June 2024
Bush Babies offers a sensory experience in nature designed for parents with infants aged 0-14months. Our focus is on fostering connections among new parents while promoting the cognitive development of your baby through exposure to the natural environment. Spending time in nature positively impacts infant brain development.
Join us for a delightful group where you can engage in singing, sensory play, and meaningful moments with your baby, all within the embrace of nature and the company of fellow parents.
Event Details:
Fridays from 1pm to 2pm
The session comprises 30 minutes of sensory class followed by another 30 minutes for socialising & relaxing in nature.
Age: 0-1yr
Term Dates: May 3rd - June 28th

Wild & Free Play is a ‘drop and leave’ school holiday program designed for 4-12 year old's that allows children to freely explore their world and community with the support of Nature Educators and Mentors.
These holidays, for Wild & Free Play Winter, we will be learning to use the flint and steel to light campfires and cooking on the fire. There will be time to build with cubbies and tools! No two days at Play on Earth are the same, but typically they range from activities such as bush games, building shelters/teepees and nature exploration and crafts.

Explore the basics of fire starting with flint and steel in our Fire Striking and Campfire Cooking program. Learn to make damper and cook it over the flames, and enjoy treats like marshmallows and popcorn. It's a hands-on experience in outdoor cooking and survival skills.

No two days at Play on Earth are the same, but typically they range from activities such as bush games, building shelters/teepees and nature crafts. This Summer we will be learning to create bows and arrows from sticks.

Play on Earth programs occur in stunning nature spaces where children come together to play, explore, take risks and immerse themselves in nature. We follow the Forest Schooling philosophy where we provide the time, the space and the tools for children to learn new skills as they immerse themselves in nature through self-initiated experiences using only the natural materials on hand. Our holiday programs will involve cubby building, bush exploration, tool use, bush games and much more.
