Art for the Animals is a charitable art exhibition and auction supporting Possum Valley Animal Sanctuary, uniting art, community, and compassion for an evening with purpose.
The exhibition will feature a curated selection of original artworks generously donated by local and emerging artists, all inspired by a shared love of animals and nature. These works will be auctioned on the night and online, with all proceeds going directly toward the rescue, rehabilitation, and ongoing care of animals at the sanctuary.
Guests will enjoy a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere with a fully stocked bar, complimentary nibblies throughout the evening, and live music. The event offers an opportunity to connect with fellow art lovers and animal advocates while supporting a cause that makes a real and lasting impact.
This special evening celebrates the power of art to inspire kindness and community, helping ensure Possum Valley Animal Sanctuary can continue providing a safe haven for animals in need.

Join us in a botanical wonderland for a delightful spring garden party while raising funds for the animals.
Guests will enjoy an array of afternoon tea treats in the beautiful gardens of Lyn and Michael. Listen to live music, peruse the silent auction tables and merchandise stalls, and purchase a raffle ticket for some gorgeous spring themed hampers. Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.
Ticket price is $70 pp and includes a glass of sparking on arrival, water and juices, and endless delicious sweet and savoury foods.

Bat Walk in the Valley

Come along on an evening bat tour in the Valley’s jarrah forest guided by expert Kelly Sheldrick from the WA Bat Network! Learn about bat conservation, ecology and behaviour while using bat detectors to find these intriguing animals in their natural environment. Finish the night with a picnic supper under the stars!
Please bring warm clothes, strong closed in shoes and torch.
Light supper includes finger foods, cakes, soft drinks and juice

Mother's Day in the Valley

Bring Mum along for a delicious vegan Devonshire tea and Mother’s Day tour, where your guides will introduce you to all of our rescued animal Mums!
Your ticket includes a tour, Devonshire tea, (scones and jam, slices, cakes and gluten free treats) along with tea and coffee in the Sanctuary gardens.
Tours will be run at 10am and 11:30am. Please book for the 10am or 11:30am tour sessions. Refreshments will be available at the end of your tour.
This event occurs on the Sunday, 1 week before actual Mothers Day

Forest Sound Immersion.

Come bask in the beauty of the Possum Valley forest as you are bathed in the vibration of sounds.
Imagine yourself lying down amongst the jarrah trees, the warmth from the sun's light filtering down through the canopy. The scent of the forest filling your lungs, the distant beat of the kangaroos curiously joining us, as birds twitter and butterflies flitter about. While you are immersed in the sounds of crystal and metal singing bowls, with flutes and drum, chimes and bells. Offering you the opportunity to breath deep and relax into this beautiful spring day.
Please being a yoga mat, cushions and blankets, or whatever you need to be comfortable lying on the forest floor. As well as drinking water and comfortable clothing for the days weather.
Arrive 15 to 20 minutes prior to the start time to find your space in the forest.

Starting with a ploughman’s platter of crafted cheeses, fresh flat bread, olive tapenade, pickles, pate and chilli jam. Following this is a delicious, creamy and comforting Greek inspired lemon rice soup, garnished with fresh herbs and chick’n style seitan. Next we move onto a mains of roasted veg, including truffle salted twice cooked potatoes, a hearty plant based wellington roast. Conclude with a rich pudding
