Prep 2027 Parent Information Evening - Child Minding

Thursday 8 October 2026
As the Prep Information night is a parent-only event, child minding will be available. Children aged 3 years and up can be registered. Children can be dropped off at the Redeemer OSHC Facilities on arrival (best access from Car Park 2) from 5:40pm and collected from the same point on conclusion of the evening. Please note that all children in attendance must be able to independently use the toilet. We do not have nappy changing facilities.

Prep 2027 Parent Information Evening

This event is intended for Parents and Caregivers of our 2026 Prep students. The aim of this evening is to offer parents information about Prep at Redeemer, including what to anticipate and the steps to prepare for your child's start in 2026. The event will feature staff presentations, opportunities for Q&A, one-on-one discussions with staff members, and networking with fellow parents whose children will also be starting school in 2026.

RETURN TO REDEEMER | Alumni Reunion (1986, 1996, 2006, 2016)

Calling all Redeemer alumni - particularly those from the Classes of 1986, 1996, 2006 and 2016! You are invited to join us to celebrate on Friday 23 October! We will start by gathering at Redeemer to give you all an opportunity to see our new building, the Innovation Hub, and you can even tour the grounds with our current College Principal, Darrin Schumacher. After this, we would love for you all to join us at Beach House Bar & Grill to enjoy some casual time together to catch up and reminisce. 5.30PM - 6.30PM | Redeemer Lutheran College Innovation Hub (440 Priestdale Road, Rochedale) Step back onto the college campus to take a trip down memory lane and see how things have changed since you graduated from our grounds! 6.45PM - LATE | Beach House Bar & Grill (Mt Gravatt) Meet us at the bar! Join us in a private function space to share in drinks, plenty of food, and great conversation as you catch up with your old classmates. This Alumni event is complete FREE for alumni, hosted and funded by the college so you can just come along and enjoy the evening! Please RSVP by Friday 9 October for catering purposes. Service Learning & Community Engagement Network Gathering

Gather with colleagues who share a passion for authentic community and curriculum connected learning. Hear stories from schools, exchange ideas and experiences with fellow practitioners, and contribute to a collaborative community that builds capacity, inspires innovation, and strengthens service-learning across our schools. Together, we can learn from one another and amplify the impact of our work! PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS: Welcome and Purpose – Setting the context and outlining the shared vision for nurturing Service-Learning and Community Engagement. Story Sharing – Educators from a range of school contexts will share their experiences, highlighting their vision, current initiatives, key learnings, and aspirations for future growth. Connecting – Dedicated time to build relationships, exchange ideas, and connect with colleagues who share similar interests, challenges, or contexts. Partnerships Focus – A collaborative exploration of organisations, professional learning opportunities, community partners, and resources that can support meaningful S-L & CE. Closing Reflection – An opportunity to reflect on insights gained, celebrate collective learning, and discuss next steps for ongoing collaboration.

4Ocean Braclets

Fundraiser and awareness for Ocean pollution. For every bracelet purchased, 4Ocean removes one pound of rubbish from the ocean and helps turn recycled materials into meaningful bracelets. This is to raise awareness and all proceeds will be going to 4Ocean.
