Mental Health Basics - Student training

Thursday 14 August 2025
Mental Health Basics (Students) is a 2-hour training session to help increase student’s knowledge around mental health. Whether in the workplace, at home, or in social settings, Mental Health Basics empowers students to create a world where mental health is prioritised, stigma is reduced, and everyone feels valued and supported. With this training, students will be able to help build more resilient, empathetic and supportive communities and increase their employability. Mental Health Basics can also help students to recognise early signs of mental health challenges in themselves and seek support early which can help prevent personal and academic challenges. Students receive a certificate upon completion of the session and can add the training session to their resume.
