Join us for two unforgettable events with Damian Mackey, the acclaimed Tasmanian distiller behind Hunter Island Whisky, and chocolatier Krsna Rajalingam from BASIK Chocolates. Over two decades, Damian has helped shape Tasmania’s whisky story, taking inspiration from Ireland’s iconic pot still style and reimagining it with Tasmanian grains, pristine water, and a dedication to craftsmanship. On the night, you’ll taste Hunter Island Tasmanian: * Pot Still Whisky (Bourbon/Port Cask Matured) 48% ABV * Pot Still Whisky (Bourbon Matured) 48% ABV * Pot Still Whisky (Tawny Cask Matured) 46.9% ABV * Pot Still Whisky (Apera Cask Matured) 48% ABV * Pot Still Whisky (Sherry/Rum Cask Matured) 52% ABV * Poitín 50% ABV Damian will guide you through the whiskies, share stories from the still, and offer insights into the craftsmanship behind each cask, while Krsna takes you through a guided tasting of the paired BASIK Chocolates. A light charcuterie board will be provided, though you may wish to enjoy a more substantial meal beforehand. Limited seats, bookings essential.
