RSA - Responsible Service of Alcohol April 2024

To our Alumni: If you are looking to work in the hospitality industry, getting your RSA gives you the flexibility to work in a variety of different venues including clubs, bars, restaurants, bottle shops, events and festivals. ​ RSA training is mandatory for licensees and staff who are selling, offering or serving liquor for general, on-premises, late night and packaged liquor licences. Coursework and Assessment This course is a competency-based training program and is assessment is made up of multiple choice and written answer quizzes and practical demonstration of skills. SASY Stepping Out x Parents/Carers Night

After much request, we are hosting an evening that combines some of our school leavers/graudates from our Stepping Out program and parents/carers of current SASY students. Our leavers/grads will share their experiences of SASY, their learnings and journeys and SASY parents/carers will have the opportunity to meet, chat and ask questions. The aim is to provide parents/carers with insight into their young person's journey, emphasising that there will be highs, lows and plateaus and leave with a sense of validation and security that they're not alone!

Self Harm & Young People

Join us for a parent/carer workshop and take an in-depth look at non-suicidal self-harm in young people. This session will cover how and why young people self-injure along with ways to approach and support the young person who is self harming, and will be co-facilitated by Dr Joseph Magliaro from Edward Street Psychology. Creating connections: partnerships with young people
