Aum Unlimited Yoga

Aum Unlimited have been sharing yoga in the Camden/ Macarthur district for 10 years. Classes consist of relaxation, breath work, stretching, strengthening, moving, and meditation. Yoga is for mobility, strength, flexibility and balance, of body mind and spirit. Classes run for 10-week term blocks. Full term, 5 weeks, and casual bookings are available.

Yoga Nidra, You are more than you know

Deep meditative journey through the 5 layers of being, Pulling pack the Veils to discover the truth that lies within. We will prepare with 15 mins gentle movement and then take 45 mins for a guided meditation and relaxation. Please bring cushions and blankets to get as comfortable as possible. 5 week yoga course; Exploring the Koshas, layers of being. Online on Zoom Class will Run on Mondays from 6-730pm. You know there's more to life than meets the eye, Learn to navigate your multidimensionality through the yogic teaching of the Koshas. Moving, breathing, stretching, strengthening, understanding and unfolding these inner layers we can create harmony of Body mind and spirit. Online Zoom Yoga Nidra Session, a meditative journey into Inner Peace. You will be guided through a 20 minute practise of gentle movements then lye down for a 40 minute guided yoga Nidra Session.
