Ready Steady, Soul will explore the foundation principles of Yoga as tools for navigating change, in our practise, in our body and the world. Each week we will investigate principles of Yoga and how we can use them in our practise and in our life.
Moving, breathing, stretching, strengthening, & balance. Body mind and soul. Together we practise rising to the challenges of our times with a clear mind a calm heart. In Chaos lies great opportunity, Together we can find steadiness and transform our world.
Each class will consist of a combination of guided relaxations, breath-work, asana bodywork and movement patterns, to lean in, listen to and learn from the wisdom inherent in the human form.
