The SCSI Hockey Masters Sporting Edge Program has been developed to create stronger, more resilient masters athletes, at both club and representative levels. It is designed to run throughout the year regardless of the time of the season, as our coaches program according to an athlete's in-season, post-season, and pre-season status. The SCSI Masters Sporting Edge program provides athletes from any sport with guidance with regard to high quality movement patterns, training loads, program progression and the importance of monitoring results. Our SCSI High Performance Coaches design an individualised Sports Specific Sport Specific Strength & Conditioning program for you. The program is supervised in a group setting by our High Performance Coaches to ensure you are completing the program correctly. Athletes are initially assessed and then provided with their own program to complete.

SCSI - Field Sports Elite Experience

Between Thursday 5 January 2023 and Tuesday 10 January 2023
The SCSI Field Sports Elite Experience package covers all aspects you need to become a better on field athlete. The day starts off with education around speed development and change of direction, accompanied by a session on the field. Athletes will experience everything from beginner to advanced lifting techniques to make sure you're always safe and effective in the gym. Rounding out the day participants will participate in a conditioning session that will be sure to test their on field fitness. Finally, an athlete's life is always busy, in the last session of the day, learn how to treat your body after a hard day of training and ensure a healthy recovery process. 6 Hours of your time is a small price to pay for a game changing experience that's guaranteed to put you ahead of your competition.
