Get ready to dive into the world of saults! This high-energy 2-week program is designed for students who are eager to build strong foundations in forward and backward saults, shaping, power generation, and safe, confident tumbling technique.
Across two focused weeks, athletes will explore:
• Forward & backward sault progressions
• Take-off shaping, rotation mechanics & landing control
• Safe spotting and technique-based drills
• Power development for stronger, cleaner tumbles
• Conditioning and flexibility targeted for flipping skills
Prerequisites:
To ensure safety and steady progression, participants must confidently have:
✔ A solid handstand
✔ Working towards a round-off
✔ A strong, controlled bridge shape
✔ Forward and backward rolls with good technique
If you’re ready to flip your skills to the next level, this program is for you!

Ready to take the next step in your tumbling journey? Our 2-Week Handspring Short Course is designed for athletes who are ready to unlock clean, confident, and powerful handsprings with correct technique and safe progressions.
Across two intensive weeks, you’ll focus on:
• Handspring shaping and mechanics
• Power and shoulder drive
• Entry and exit pathways
• Drills for speed, lift, and safe landings
• Conditioning for a stronger, more efficient tumbling foundation

Dynamic duo Maddi and Maygan, from Melbourne will be here for Fringe and are coming to visit. Offering South Coast Circus their dynamic workshop pairings of Duo Silks and their unique apparatus the 'M'.
Pre-reqs;
Aerial Silks Doubles:
Intermediate level of knowledge
Must be able to invert to Catchers and Hiplock in the air
Be confident with an S Wrap
Be able to hold a chin up position for 10 seconds
If they can come with a partner, that would be terrific - but it’s not required.
M Apparatus:
Be comfortable with a Russian Climb on Aerial Silks
Be comfortable with beginner Aerial Hoop and Hammock Skills
Be comfortable with a mild spin
Be able to hang from a bar for 10 - 20 seconds
