Create your own soft toy from Socks/Gloves. Learn toy making skills with this fun and creative workshop. This 3 hour class will provide a selection of socks and gloves for you to shape into your own creatures. Combine with some basic hand stitching and construction techniques you'll be able create a unique and toy. Toy eyes, noses and noise making inserts are all supplied. Please note toys are not appropriate for children under 3 years old due to small parts (choking hazards). Workshop Skill Level = adult basic. Children under 18 are required to have a paying adult accompany them. All equipment supplied. Small workshop size limited to 8 people.

Create your own pin cushion using a selection of fabric and felt. Combine the technique of English Paper Piecing Quilting with Applique', felt and a variety of decorative stitches and embellishments. This 4 hour class will provide a selection of designer fabric, beads, buttons and embellishments combined with some basic hand stitching and construction techniques enabling you to create unique and original pincushions. Stitched Felt Hoop Art. Learn to stitch your own animal featured hoop art. This 4 hr session will see you creating your own sweet animal, choose from a variety of animals (Cat, Fox, Raccoon, Bear and Rabbit) and sizes (small 11cm, medium 16cm large 20cm) and colour combinations, back grounds and assorted fabrics and trims for their clothes. Workshop Skill Level = adult basic. Children under 18 are required to have a paying adult accompany them. All fabric and trim requirements supplied inclusive of bamboo hoop. Small workshop size limited to 6 people.

Hand stitch and decorate your own bespoke personalised Christmas decorations. Felt designs are attached to acrylic hanging tags. Basic hand sewing skills required to make beautiful decorations from pre-cut designs. This 2 hour class shows you how to put together your own colour combinations and decorative effects to create original designs. Perfect for your own festive season or make stunning gifts for friends. $25 pp - *$5.00 from each ticket will be donated to your choice of Smith Family or Salvation Army. All felt and tools supplied. Just bring yourself and your imagination. Class time allows for 1-2 decorations to be completed - depending on skill level - you are welcome to take away extra supplies to complete your 2 designs at home. Want to make more?
