DEEP REST The Mini Retreat. Step away from daily life and focus wholeheartedly on yourself in this Sunday morning mini restorative retreat. Designed to deeply soothe and reset your nervous system in such a loving and profound way. Give yourself permission to slow down, to peel away the layers of noise, stress, busy-ness and overwhelm that we experience as humans. This is your chance to deeply connect to yourself and be guided into a deep, deep state of restorative rest. Walk in. Float out. Your morning will include morning tea and treats, an introductory conversation around the nervous system and a luxurious restorative yoga session and yoga nidra (yogic sleep). DEEP REST- August. The Restorative Yoga Immersion.

A day immersion into the practice and art of deep, restorative rest. August 25th 1-4pm at Balanced Life Yoga Studio- Renmark. In this restorative yoga immersion you will learn the art and practice of softening, cocooning and coming back home to a beautifully restored place of rest and peace. We will explore and practice in depth how restorative yoga is an incredibly healing practice for our world and how by doing LESS allows us to do and BE so much more. There is truly no greater gift to yourself than guiding our exhausted souls back home. Back to a deep state of rest. 1pm- Welcome Circle, guided meditation and breath work & the science and energetics of Restorative Yoga. Deep Restorative Yoga immersion & Yoga Nidra (guided yogic sleep), tea and treats. 4pm- Closing Circle. Bookings are essential as space is limited. Specifically for children aged 6-12 years and designed to introduce yoga in fun and age appropriate way. Jade is a certified yoga instructor and former school teacher with specialised training in yoga for children. Fun, and engaging classes for children 5-12 years old. Your child will be introduced to yoga in a supportive and gentle way through age appropriate games and activities, meditation and mindfulness. Why yoga for kids?
