BELLALUNA RETREAT
About
During this retreat you will have the chance to meet the healing force of three beautiful natural meditation practices (working with the Blue Lotus Flower, and also cacao..) creating a relationship with each.Working with both at high levels for the elevation of consciousness. This retreat is where the science & sacred meet.
The retreat will consist of 4 beautiful and healing rituals. There will be Silent Meditation Practice, Teachings of the Buddha and Medicine Traditions, and curated journeying music and a nourishing vegatarian meal to break the fast will be included.
You will be safely held and supported throughout your journey by myself, Kate Amy, (www.thekinikbuddhist.com) an experienced medicine woman, psychotherapist, clinical psychologist, Buddhist teacher and healer.
Overnight Retreat, from 4pm Saturday to Sunday, closing around 11am.
