Cake doyenne Nat Paull discusses her latest book, Beatrix Bakes: Another Slice, making an appetising case for baking sweet treats that are delicious, creative, a little bit mischievous and a whole lot of fun. Nat’s tantalising sweet treats recipes will be served by Willow Tree Cafe, together with sparkling wine. With Elizabeth McCarthy.
