• Redeemable for one 30-minute online workshop in 2026. Must be redeemed by 31 December 2026.
• Non-refundable, not redeemable for cash, and not transferable or re-sellable.
• Lost or stolen certificates cannot be replaced.
• If a workshop is cancelled by the presenter, the booking may be transferred to another 2026 workshop. If the recipient cancels or does not attend, the certificate is considered redeemed.
