Embark on a culinary journey through the wonders of Middle Eastern Cooking. In this hands-on class with host Shella, you will be welcomed with traditional tea and tips and tricks for preparing a healthy three course Middle Eastern meal with traditional spices, ingredients and techniques.
Included in this flavoursome and healthy array of dishes you will prepare a Starter of classic dip with cucumbers & yogurt and infused with fragrant herbs, followed by a Middle Eastern style shrimp and rice dish packed full of flavour, fresh coriander and Middle Eastern spices. For Dessert we will stuff sweet caramel Medjool dates stuffed with halva paste, walnuts and aromatic spices. What a meal to share together!
