The Graduation Ceremony will take place at Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC) on Friday, 24 March 2023.

All eligible students must register to participate in the Graduation Ceremony.

Graduand Registration is $50 per graduand and includes:

- Registration to the Graduation
- Two (2) complimentary guest tickets
- Hiring of the academic regalia – stole and graduation gown
- Light refreshments
- Keep sake program
- Stage photography

TICKET PURCHASING

When purchasing your graduation ticket, if you wish to use your two (2) complimentary guest tickets you must select this option at time of booking. 

Additional guest tickets can be purchased at a cost and are available to purchase up until the day of the event, unless sold out prior. 

TIMES

5:00pm - 6:30pm - Graduand registration and gowning

6:00pm - 7:00pm - Guest arrival, finger food and photography

7:15pm - 7:30pm - Guest seating

7:30pm - Graduation Ceremony

Monday 6 March 2023: Graduand registration closes   **Registrations have been extended - MUST close 5pm on Friday, 10 March 2023**

Please note: All attending Graduates and guests will be fully vaccinated to attend this event. MCEC may require guests to scan in using a QR code on arrival and provide evidence of a green vaccination tick on attendee’s mobile devices.
