The Tut Roadshow touring exhibition of Ancient Egyptian History is a community event not to be missed!Workshops and Activities available after your museum visit include:
Writing Table: learn the Egyptian alphabet and how to write your name.
Tomb Painting: step inside a full-size replica of King Tut’s tomb and learn how to draw like an Egyptian scribe.
Ancient Seals: design and create your own Egyptian clay seal and learn the significance of these in the ancient world.
Egyptian Numerology: be a ancient scribe, learn the Egyptian numbering system using royal cubits.
Forensic Archaeology: investigate a piece of 2,000 year old pottery, and understand how archaeological treasures tell us about history.
Egyptian Board Games: learn to play an Egyptian board game - try and beat your friends!
The Pinnacle Challenge: (Sunday only) test your courage as you jump from a 8m high platform
