In this hands-on workshop, learn the techniques used to make pickles, chutneys, jams and sauces as well as the fundamentals of sweet preserving from “setting point” to storage.The workshop covers safe preserving basics and techniques - bottling, sterilizing and storing products.
You’ll also make two preserves to take home and free samples.
Suitable for anyone who wants to know how to make delicious home preserves.
