Introduction to Soft Cheese Making (SOLD OUT)

This is a hands-on workshop for anyone who loves cheese!Learn how easy it is to make soft cheeses at home. You’ll learn how to make ricotta, mascarpone, quark, lemon, cream cheese and labneh. Each participant will make two cheeses to take home and will also receive samples of other cheeses to take home.
There’ll also be a range of other delicious cheeses to try on the day. Participants will receive recipe sheets and a selection of cheeses to take home.
Cost $95 (includes class, recipes & tea/coffee/snacks) Limit of 8 participants.
