No Lights No Lycra is a space where you can completely let go, shake out the stresses of the week, and lose yourself in the music and the physicality of your body. There is no light, no lycra, no teacher, no steps to learn, no technique, just free movement. No Lights No Lycra is a daggy, non-pretentious place to completely be yourself.
Wear your comfy clothes, bring a water bottle and remember to cover your fit bits.
The space is dark but after a few minutes your eyes will adjust enough to see silhouettes around you. Remember this is a no-talking space reserved for dancing, singing and clapping only. Chat to your friends before and after the boogie. Make sure to stay to your own patch of dance floor so everyone can be safe to dance as they please.
New venue is not wheelchair accessible until we move downstairs (soon).
