Open Gardens Victoria 'A Day out with Dahlias' 2023
Spend half a day with passionate dahlia grower Sue Morrison in her beautiful Western Victorian garden @theflowernut.
Learn all about dahlias from the tubers and how to divide and store them, to the best growing conditions and how to achieve the best blooms.
There will be a practical demonstration on picking dahlias from Sue’s expansive cutting garden followed by instruction on mastering the art of working with dahlias to make a beautiful table arrangement for participants to take home (the price includes the container and flowers as well as morning and afternoon tea).
The day will be held at Wooriwryrite, a property outside of Terang, on the banks of Emu Creek.
