In this monthly online gathering you will learn how to connect deeply with the energy in your own body and channel this energy into connecting with other people.This event is for you if you're feeling disconnected and would like to be around others and don't quite know what to say or how to do it. Or if you're just feeling that you'd like to be guided in some soul nourishing practices while being surrounded by community.
With guided embodiment practices and group exercises, we can spend time together in a safe space. Each month will be new content.
This is a group where you can feel supported and connected.
