Rest and Reset Term 2 2025
Nurture your nervous system and give yourself the permission to slow down. This restorative yoga class encourages you to spend time in stillness and quiet. You will be guided into long-held passive poses, supported by props, with the aim of finding comfort and ease while gently releasing muscle tension. Every class will end with deep relaxation. Perfect for those who feel overwhelmed, stressed, and in need of true rest.
* $90 for 5 classes
* Classes are held every second Thursday, 6-7 pm (May 8, 22, June 5, 19, July 3)
We are fully equipped, but you may like to bring your own yoga mat.
