Individual Player Registration - by Parents/Guardians

For School Chess coordinators (do this instead): 

  • To register a team of students, please email us: info@NorthernStarChess.com 
  • Make a reservation with the email so we save you some places.  These places are guaranteed if an event becomes full.
  • Your school will be invoiced after the event for the students who actually attend.

Parents and Guardians can use this booking service to reserve places for one or more players  to events on the list.

Events are added to the list as host schools book their tournaments with Norhtern Star Chess.

How this booking service works:

  • Start by picking an event and selecting the number of 'tickets' (places) you want to reserve for the event.  Fill in the details of players for each of these places.
  • If you want to make a booking for another event, there is the option to 'Buy More Tickets' after you've filled in the player details.
  • Payment is not required during this booking process.  You will receive a booking confirmation email from us with instructions for how to make payments.
  • Please note: Parents are responsible for liaising with the student's school regarding absence due to chosen chess activities
Cost: $25 per player per event (Melbourne Metro and Special events at Kryal Castle)
          $20 per player per event (Regional Victoria)
(no payment required with booking - payment instructions will be in the booking confirmation email)
Event types:
Primary Open - Prep/Foundation to Grade 6 
Junior Primary - Prep to Grade 3
Primary Girls - Girls only, Prep/Foundation to Grade 6
Top 30% players at each event qualify for the NSC Victorian Schools State Final series in term 4
