Women are the backbone of rural communities and need to take care with mindfulness, exercise, nutrition, and creating a quiet space. Our two part event covers helpful tips and information for Fem-preneurs, Women in Agriculture.
Come along to Self-Care day event including massage, yoga, talks on creating personal spaces and style, and resilience in rural women. Also includes healthy lunch and refreshments.
At the evening event we enjoy hearing talks from Stephanie Tretheway owner of Motherland, 2022 Agrifutures Rural Woman of the Year and Olympia Yarger owner of Goterra, 2023 ACT Australian of the Year at the Cocktail Party. Serving Tapas and Cocktails.
