Do you and your loved ones have up-to-date legal Wills in place? Whether you’ve never prepared a Will before, or if you need to update your Will to reflect family and/or relationship changes, this is an excellent opportunity to do so in consultation with an experienced, qualified solicitor.

To get the most out of your Wesley Wills Day appointment, read and follow all these instructions carefully to make sure you bring everything you need to be able to prepare or update your Will.

Our solicitors are volunteering their time at Wesley Wills Day, so your entire appointment fee can go towards Wesley Mission’s vital community services work.

Once you’ve paid for your appointment, we’ll send you an information pack to help you prepare.

To make the most out of your appointment, make sure you complete the forms we send you and bring them with you to your appointment. Also bring two forms of identification - driver licence, medicare, passport, birth certificate, marriage certificate.

Your appointment will be 20 minutes. 

The solicitor will use your instructions to prepare/update your Will. When your Will is ready, they will contact you to arrange for your documents to be signed and witnessed.
